We value your time as well as that of our other clients. We therefore recommend that you schedule an appointment for your pet when coming to see us. This will ensure that your pet is attended to promptly. These appointments are intended to be informative only. The appointment allows for clear communication to best understand your pet's problem(s) as well as your concern(s). It allows us to formulate an appropriate diagnostic and treatment plan.
Patient Arrival Policy
We request that you arrive 10 minutes early if you are a new client or an existing client with a new pet. This eases congestion and facilitates in completing the new patient registration forms.
Occupational Health and Safety
Even though we make every effort to make our patients feel comfortable during visits, they may be a little uneasy about new people, new surroundings and other pets. This is one of the reasons we ask you to restrain your pet. We recommend that all pets be either secured on a leash or in pet carriers before entering the reception area. If you do not have a leash or cat carrier please ask one of friendly receptionists on duty for assistance.
